reproductive and fertility counselling

My personal experience in building my own family has led me to develop a unique expertise in supporting people who are navigating the reproductive health and fertility journey. This includes supporting people during:

  • Infertility/trying to conceive

  • Pregnancy loss and high-risk pregnancies

  • Fertility treatments from initial to final stages, such as egg-freezing, IVF and IUI

  • Fertility testing procedures, such as AMH, HSG, HCG and hysteroscopies

  • Third-party reproduction planning, decision-making and report writing

  • Prenatal/postpartum mental health

  • Pelvic pain and surgeries for endometriosis, ovarian cysts, and PCOS

  • PTSD and trauma surrounding birth experiences and recovery

I understand this journey from all stages and can guide you through the many overwhelming and complex decisions and feelings that come with it. I often support people going through IVF cycles and answer questions that can help you understand what to expect during this process. I have specialized training in report-writing and counselling sessions, which are required by fertility clinics to move forward with donor and surrogacy plans. I offer safe and inclusive counselling support to people who identify as LGBTQ+ and are trying to expand their family.
